The Fruit of Unforgiveness

Unforgiveness can be understood from both psychological and deep emotional factors: Hurt and pain, pride, fear of vulnerability, anger and resentment, unmet expectations, lack of empathy, desire for justice.

This unforgiveness leads to fruit that is seen in: bitterness, anger and hostility, broken relationships, emotional instability, physical symptoms, lack of peace, difficulty experiencing spiritual growth, negative words and actions, and a victim mentality.

How do we overcome UNFORGIVENESS?

  1. RECOGNIZE the UNFORGIVENESS is there
  2. REPENT for coming into agreement with UNFORGIVENESS
  3. LET GO of the hurt and pain by forgiving those who have tempted you into UNFORGIVENESS
  4. LET GOD help you walk a new way now that you have repented and forgiven
