We welcome individuals, businesses, and community partners to contribute items or experiences for our silent auction.
You can get involved by:

  • Donating a product or service

  • Providing a themed basket
  • Sponsoring a larger experience (getaways, golf packages, spa items, etc.)

A donation form will be available on the Journey U website beginning in January.

What types of items are you looking for?

We’re specifically hoping to feature:

  • Gift baskets (spa, gourmet, coffee, local makers)
  • Restaurant gift cards
  • Boutique or local business merchandise
  • Professional services (photography sessions, fitness packages, home décor services)
  • Experiences (wine tastings, date-night packages, family activities)
  • High-value items (electronics, fine jewelry, premium accessories)

If you're not sure whether your item is a fit — it probably is! We’ll gladly work with you to find the right placement.

When are silent auction items due?

All silent auction contributions must be submitted by March 31, 2026 so we can photograph, list, and stage them.

Will I receive a donation receipt?

Yes, Journey U can provide a donation letter for tax purposes upon request.

Can we bring our pet?

Wild Stallion Vineyards normally welcomes pets on the property; however, for the safety and comfort of all our guests, pets will not be permitted at the Taco Takedown event.
